If you are an SPC Member;

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION - $1,450 until September 22, 2023

Registrations are non-transferable. If you can please still notify the SPC Events Team by Monday, November 27th 2023 by email to spcevents@greenblue.org we will cancel your existing registration and that will free up the space to be used by a colleague.

Yes, if you can't make it, please still notify the SPC Events Team by Monday, November 27th 2023 by email to spcevents@greenblue.org we will cancel your existing registration  Registrations are nonrefundable. 

No, all passes are for the full duration of the event.

On the morning of of the day before the event, Tuesday, December 5th we will be hosting off-site tours.

You can only sign up for one tour as they are happening concurrently.

No you cannot switch or transfer tours once they are purchased. Please note that tour registrations are non-refundable.

Our first recommendation would be to make another selection that has spots available. You can email spcevents@greenblue.org to be added to a waitlist. We won’t be opening a second group for any of the tours as capacities are set by the organizations hosting the tours.

No. You must sign up and pay for your place on a tour in advance of the event to take part. Some tours require specific requirements that need to be met at least the week before the event.

No, tours will take place the day before the event begins on Tuesday, December 5th.

No all sessions will be back to back in the the main plenary on Level 5 of Illuminate. There will be no breakout rooms at SPC Engage 2023.

No, the sessions won’t be recorded, live streamed or available on-demand after the event.

Yes, after the event you will receive a link by email to access the presentations.

Yes, there will be several exhibitors based in the exhibit hall on Level 4.  This is where networking breaks and breakfast will be served. Our sponsors list can be found on the event sponsors page of the website. 

The event will be held at Illuminate at the Science Museum. The address is Exhibition Rd, South Kensington, London SW7 2DD, United Kingdom

The SPC has secured room blocks at two local hotels;

• Queen's Gate London Hotel. The room rate is £290+ and the cutoff date to book is Tuesday, November 28th, 2023. Reservations must be made directly with the hotel at reservations@thequeensgatehotel.com and mention the GreenBlue Room Block.
• Radisson Blu Edwardian Vanderbilt Hotel. The room rate is $245+ and the cutoff date to book is Tuesday, November 28th, 2023.. Please visit this link to book your room.

SPC Engage program includes the following meals for event attendees:

• Breakfast - Wednesday 12/06 & Thursday 12/07
• Lunch - Wednesday 12/06 & Thursday 12/07
• Networking Breaks - Throughout the event

Meals served at the Conference Venue: Will be completely vegetarian with vegan and gluten free options available.

All food will be clearly labeled.

This is to accommodate an increasing number of attendees with vegetarian and vegan diets and to lower the emissions from food from a multi-day large event.
